Our camps offer an exciting fusion of dance, crafts, games, and activities, creating a vibrant and enriching experience for kids exploring dance for the first time. Campers can jump into themed weeks while building confidence, coordination, and friendships along the way.
RECREATIONAL
DANCE & ARTS CAMPS
Throughout the week, campers will immerse themselves in various dance styles, all within a supportive and judgment-free environment. Our instructors guide them through the intricacies of dance following each week’s theme. At the end of the week, campers showcase their newfound skills in a delightful performance for their chosen audience.
Our camp is not just about dance; it's a perfect blend of artistic exploration and summer fun, providing a unique opportunity for children to try different dance forms while enjoying creative crafts, engaging games, and building lasting friendships.

An upbeat, street-style dance camp inspired by crew culture, big beats, and feel-good grooves, where dancers move, vibe, and shine as part of the Groove Squad!

A high-energy, pop-inspired performance camp filled with star power, spotlight moments, and show-stopping choreography where dancers shine, express themselves, and build confidence on and off the dance floor!

Absolutely not! Our Recreational Camps are the perfect entry point for children who may love to dance at home (who doesn’t love a kitchen dance party?) and are curious about exploring dance further. These camps are also suitable for children who have already discovered their love of dance and want to delve deeper into it!

Anything comfortable that they can move in! If your camper has dancewear they are welcome to attend camp in it. Otherwise, you’re looking to dress them in comfortable, breathable clothing that doesn’t mind getting a little messy.
Please bring indoor shoes for your camper to wear. We do not permit outdoor shoes in our studios. Dance shoes are also welcome if your camper already has them!

We understand that some campers may be scared of certain scenes/themes or have limited screen time.
We will watch a portion of a film each day during the allotted time in the schedule.
We always have an alternative activity such as colouring or crafts available in a separate space for campers who wish to skip the movie.
If you know your camper would like to participate in the alternative activity, please communicate it to our on-site staff.

Please arrive at 3:45pm on Friday for the show! Dancers will share what they have learned over the week in a mini showcase.

Weather permitting we aim to go to a local splash pad mid-week for a field trip.
Campers are welcome to bring a swimsuit and towel at the beginning of the week to leave at the studio in preparation for the field trip.

After you register via our online store, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our registration system. You will receive an information package via email one week before the camp’s start date.

Withdrawals from camp programs must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25.00. All withdrawals must be submitted via email to info@charbarts.com. This email will determine the official withdrawal date.
For camps, no refunds will be processed after this date.
