American Ballet Theatre (ABT®) and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) certified Honour Stahl will guide you through a blend of modern and ballet techniques, encouraging self-expression. Unleash your creativity, enhance your flexibility, and find joy in the beauty of contemporary dance. This class is tailored for adults of all levels, creating a space where you can dance, connect, and embark on a journey of personal growth through movement.

Come dressed in fitness wear that you can move (and sweat) in! Bare feet or socks are perfect for this style.

CONTEMPORARY

HIP HOP SWEAT

Wednesdays // 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Everyone has their own unique style, and we will encourage you to explore and embrace that in class. We teach you the basic moves, grooves, and styles of Hip Hop. In our positive, welcoming environment, you will be able to step outside the box to bring your own groove and personality to the movement, thus becoming more confident in your individuality.

BARRE FIT

Thursdays // 8:00pm – 9:00pm

Get toned with Barre Fit at CAS! This class combines mat, core, and barre work (of course!) to give you the ultimate ballet-inspired sweat session. Barre Fit blends elements of ballet, yoga, pilates, and cardio for a diverse and low-impact workout. Taught by the American Ballet Theatre (ABT®) and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) certified Lori Charbonneau (Artistic Director of CAS), Barre Fit is the perfect meditative fitness class at CAS.

Come dressed in fitness wear that you can move (and sweat) in! Ballet shoes are welcome but bare feet or socks with grip are okay too.
